Focusly is a personal execution and productivity tracking tool that helps users manage ideas, projects, goals, tasks, daily check-ins, and routines. The Service is available as a web application at focusly.tooldee.app.

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly (₹499/month) or annually (₹3,999/year). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content, design, code, logos, and materials on Focusly are the exclusive property of Tooldee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Focusly (your ideas, projects, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
You may stop using Focusly at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data may be deleted within 30 days of account termination.
Focusly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tooldee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Focusly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Focusly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
