Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a Focusly Pro subscription. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. No Refund Policy

⚠️ All payments made to Focusly are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to unused subscription time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

We strongly recommend using our Free Plan to explore Focusly before upgrading to Pro. The Free Plan gives you access to core features so you can make an informed purchase decision.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days in the current period
  • Your account will revert to the Free Plan after the billing period ends

To cancel your subscription, contact us at hello@tooldee.app with your registered email address.

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge)
  • A technical error on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 72 continuous hours after purchase

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with proof of the issue. Refund requests beyond 7 days will not be considered.

4. Free Plan

Focusly offers a permanently free plan with no credit card required. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the Free Plan before upgrading. Free Plan features include:

  • Up to 3 ideas in My Projects
  • 1 Active project with Goals & Tasks
  • Daily Check-In (morning + evening)
  • Daily Routine Builder
  • Daily To-Do list

5. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
