How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at hello@tooldee.app with your registered email and we'll cancel your next billing cycle within 1 business day.
I was charged twice. What do I do?
Email us immediately at hello@tooldee.app with your payment details. Duplicate charges are refunded within 7 days — see our Refund Policy.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and we'll send a reset link to your registered email.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at hello@tooldee.app with your account email and subject "Delete my account." We'll process it within 7 days and delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored securely on Supabase with row-level security, HTTPS encryption, and encrypted passwords. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
